For what types of pain may DOCTOR HOY'S be used?
For best results, apply a generous amount to the affected and surrounding areas. For example, if the front of the knee is the trouble area, apply DOCTOR HOY'S around the entire knee. This includes above the knee (about mid-thigh area) to the mid-calf area, all around the leg - both front and back. Though it may seem like overkill, pain has a way of migrating, therefore, it is important that the gel come in contact with the nerve endings sending pain messages to the brain. Often these nerve endings are not totally located at the point of the actual pain. If possible, massage the gel into the skin until it starts to evaporate and dry. The more you actually rub the gel into the tissue the better the result will be.
By the way, when your bottle of Doctor Hoy's gets low, simply turn the bottle upside down. The gel will settle in the bottom and you will easily be able to use the entire contents. Our bottle was designed specifically for this purpose.
